Ever since I was a child, I grew up with the Latin tradition of eating 12 grapes when the clock strikes 12 on New Year's Day. Originating from Spain, this tradition is believed to bring good luck for the upcoming year. You eat one grape for each chime of the clock at midnight. Each grape represents one month of the new year. If all 12 grapes are eaten before the final chime, is is said to guarantee a year of good fortune.
I wanted to digitize this experience so that others can partake in this tradition and look back on their wishes throughout the year :)
The grapes have been picked for the season. Thank you for making your wishes for 2026. Come back later this year to seal your wishes for 2027 . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
